Mandan, Let's get it on!
We got this reply from Mandan track owner, Tom Peters, after
we shot him an email asking for some updates for the race
next weekend.
"The race is on! Gary Terlecki (the guy who originally built the track) will be here Tuesday night. He's bringing a friend that helps him build tracks. They do that part time on the weekends. I have two dozers that will be at the track on Wednesday so we will be doing a little work on the track Wednesday through Saturday. In that time, we also plan to build an arenacross track for the big bikes. It will be set up for all levels/skills of riders."
So, you heard it from the man in charge: It's on!
